Naruto Revolution – PS4/Xbox One Game?

Naruto Revolution – could this be the next game in the worldwide hit Naruto video game series? September 30th of this year, Namco Bandai Games Europe purchased the web domain http://narutorevolution-game.com/, signalling a potential new Naruto game could be in the works. The domain currently redirects to Namco Bandai Europe’s official web site.
With PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One making their highly anticipated debuts in November 2013, it would certainly be possible for Naruto to make his debut on the new consoles. Or with Namco Bandai now owning the license to publish Naruto on Nintendo systems, it could possibly be a Wii U or 3DS game. Whatever the case, there isn’t any official word at this time on what “Naruto Revolution” is, what consoles it will be on, and when (if ever) it will be released.

Saiyan Island’s guess is Naruto Revolution (or likely Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution) could be the sequel to Storm 3 the same way Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations was to Storm 2. In other words, if the game ever becomes a reality, Saiyan Island predicts the game focuses on battle rather than story, like Generations did, with characters from both the original Naruto series and Naruto Shippuden.

The Nintendo Wii had a series of games with a similar name – Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution. The series was published by TOMY, however, we don’t think there is any association with that here.

Again, there is no official word on Naruto Revolution from Namco Bandai. This is all speculation based on a domain they purchased. Take a look at the domain registration information below.
