| Come alcuni sapranno, pochi giorni fa è uscito l'ultimo volume (18°) di To Love-RU Darkness con il quale si chiude definitivamente la seconda serie del manga scritto da Saki Hasemi ed illustrato da Yabuki Kentaro.
Alla fine del volume ci viene presentato il commento finale di Yabuki riguardo la serie:

In sintesi, Yabuki ci parla degli inizi della serie Darkness, nata come un semplice spin-off del To Love-RU originale e che, grazie al suo successo, è diventata una serie a tutti gli effetti.
Tuttavia, con il tempo il maestro ha iniziato a stancarsi di TLR, avrebbe voluto fare nuove cose e non rimanere imprigionato in un'unica serie (seppur di successo), e così qualche tempo fa l'equilibrio si è spezzato: Hasemi avrebbe voluto continuare la serie, ma purtroppo Yabuki non aveva le stesse intenzioni: ha avvertito il suo compagno, l'editore e tutto lo staff, con i quali ha deciso che il momento migliore per mettere fine a tutto sarebbe stato il 10° anniversario della serie, quando uscirà un volume per festeggiare il tutto (stiamo parlando del 6 giugno).
Per il momento, quindi, esclude che ci sarà un continuo, ma dice anche che naturalmente continuerà a lavorare come mangaka e che vorrebbe iniziare nuove serie (accennando che gli piacerebbe fare una serie su delle "magical girls"); dice, in ogni caso, che la sua prossima serie non riguarderà sicuramente To Love-RU, che ormai non è tutto il suo mondo.
